• Session data: JWT authentication token stored locally on your device
• Business data: equine records created or modified by the user, associated photos and documents

3. Purposes of Processing

• Authenticate the user and secure access to the application
• Enable management of your organisation's equine catalogue
• Synchronise data between the device and our servers

4. Legal Basis Performance of the service contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR).

5. Retention Period Data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and deleted within 30 days following account termination.

7. Security Data encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Passwords stored as bcrypt hashes (cost factor 12).
